<p>You’re a competitive applicant, but it’s impossible to estimate beyond that.</p>

<p>Yale ED and Penn CAS RD have roughly the same acceptance rate. It’s a crapshoot either way, but better to have two chances at it than one!</p>

<p>You will have to do a convincing job of telling Penn why you want to go to Penn aside from “I got deferred from Yale.” So make sure you do your homework on this one…</p>
