<p>I strongly believe that option won’t be available to you. Berkeley’s financial aid automatically, and electronically, pays for tuition fees and then sends you a refund check of whatever is left over. Frankly, I think it’s a much more clear and efficient way of handling such finances–now of course, if you have a special circumstances that require you to use part of the aid to supplement other expenses, you’d be the one to correct my opinion.</p>
