Deferred recommendation letter

<p>If i send in a recommendation letter, when does it have to be postmarked by for those that are deferred?</p>

<p>From previous threads/posts and my own call to Ms.Norma Lopez, a letter postmarked around Jan 26th is probably the best. UChic says that they will only start eval-ing deferred applicants in late January, after starting the reading for regular applicants.</p>
