Deferred/Waitlisted.... MISTAKE?!?

<p>anyone else get deferred/waitlisted somewhere that they had originally considered (due to the school’s stats) a match/safety school?</p>

<p>I did(waitlisted)… and I’m really trying hard not to sound like an egotistical jerk, but it just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyone else in the same position?</p>
