<p>A visit with face to face discussion with your advisor is one. Other than that, present more new information and recommendations will help, but don’t do it all at once, drip feed every week or other week to show interest.</p>
<p>Would it be permissible to maybe update my common app essay? I changed it a lot between November and January.</p>
