<p>evening is typically understood to begin just before twilight, sunset, during the close of the standard business day, 6 pm – and extend until night – typically astronomical sunset, 10 pm.</p>

<p>So, If Berkeley set their time for EST it will be…around 3 pm …hehehe </p>

<p>Last year, the decision system went down for update around 4:15PM and went back up with the decisions about 10 minutes before 5PM.</p>

<p>So I guess you can expect it by 5PM.</p>

<p>Some people got notified around 1:30 through e-mail because they qualified to get their SIR payment deferred/waived</p>
