I was accepted to UMass for Economics and am almost certain I will be attending. If I were to pay my deposit now, can I pick where I would want to live and would I have a better chance at “better housing”?
Even if I did not attend UMass I am willing to forgo the $500 deposit. I just figured it makes sense to pay it now if I can choose my housing sooner than later.
