Appears to be fairly bold and (appropriately) futuristic. Welcome to the 21st Century:

Amy Guttman once quipped that she did not understand why a nanotechnology building needed to be that large! :-)

Well it won’t be hard to improve on the current structure consisting of a surface parking lot and a worthless 1-story brick shack of a building…

Mrs. Guttman… Please fix the DRL. Thx

In time, the Walnut Street gateway to Penn will be amazing. We’re off to a great start with Penn Park, the Nanotech center, and Cira South. Then for…everything else planned.
