<p>As far as quality of civil engineering program, I’d rank them this way:
U Illinois UC
U Mich
Bucknell
Purdue</p>
<p>Rose Hulman is an excellent school, but much smaller & I don’t know anything about their civil program.</p>
<p>Of the 4 I listed, you really can’t go wrong at any of them academically…they are all top notch. Bucknell is going to be the most different school of the group of 4, as a much smaller, liberal arts school versus big state schools.</p>
