<p>I am in a cluster of confusion upon reading my billing statement i was informed that the scholarship i receive monthly was returned because my TAP for the spring quarter was doubled. Does my college have any right to deny my funding? I also noticed that i am missing a pretty hefty fund how do i find out where all that money went?</p>
<p>On Monday, go to the financial aid office on campus, and ask them to explain this to you. They are the experts on your personal financial aid, and on the policy at your college/university.</p>
