soozviet - the Booklyn Botanic Garden is gorgeous and fits their theme. I know they looked at it. I think it was $$$ and required a min of about 90 guests with restrictions to weekdays only for smaller weddings. I will bring it up again. Fendrock - I will send the Fruitlands recommendation. The Trustees do have some wonderful venues. It will be local for them so it is worth a look. It will be a destination for most of the guests.
Planning is so time-consuming. Almost all the venues do not have the costs and requirements spelled out on their site. They want to be called or emailed and then it takes time for them to get back to you because they are so busy.
