<p>Hi, does anyone know who actually decides the winners of the DHS? Is it the president of the Tulane, The VP or someone else? I really would like to find out the name of the person in charge. Thanks!</p>
<p>IIRC, it is a committee. Don’t recall the members, but I believe its a combination of the administration and the admissions offices. Thats purely off the top of my head.</p>
<p>The deans of each department are involved as well as others, is my understanding.</p>
