ED results were released yesterday as per IG story. How did you fare?
Accepted RD tonight. Haven’t visited yet, but very impressed with the financial package!

I just came to post that RDs were going out tonight. D26 got in with merit scholarship and impact award. Definitely the best merit package yet.

My son was accepted into Dickinson with merit + aid that makes it doable! Kenyon’s offer was better, so we’ll visit both….I am happy for him as he felt like Dickinson was his first choice.

Congrats on both offers! Our D26 got accepted to both as well. We’ve visited Dickinson twice and liked it, but haven’t driven out to Kenyon. For us, Dickinson is significantly less expensive, but Kenyon is supposedly ranked higher… not sure if it is enough to make it worth it. Have you visited Kenyon at all yet?

We head to Kenyon in April for their admitted students’ event. We have also visited Dickinson twice (it’s 4 hours from us whereas Kenyon is 6 hours). Kenyon is about $8k less per year for us, so not a huge difference, but still notable (& honestly? A little surprising!). We’re going to visit back-to-back…I suspect the choice will come down between those two although we’ll see how a couple other decisions and visits go!

That sounds like a great deal for Kenyon, but I don’t think you can go wrong with either school. I think we have our choices narrowed down after the remainder of school decisions we are waiting on come out this week. Looking forward to this process coming to a close!
