<p>Did you stay in the farm house (bathroom, mattress?) or pitch a tent on the grounds? Was it fun?</p>
<p>My DD did organic farming last year. She posts here occasionally, I will alert her to your question. Check back periodically for an answer, she’s a little under the weather right now, and today, I think, is one of her busiest class days.</p>

<p>No, we don’t sleep in the house. We do have a Port-o-Potty (don’t tell anyone else) but we sleep under the tarp like everyone else. No tents at all on DOC trips. This is extreme camping. Oh, and there’s also a hose with potable water, so no iodine tablets either!</p>
<p>The Organic Farm trip was fun, mainly chillaxing. People say that we eat better, which is true to an extent. We still get the same food that the other trips get, but we supplement with tomatoes, corn, and other veggies. There’s some sort of misconception that the DOC gives us more food, but it’s really that we can pick and consume whatever’s growing on the farm.</p>
<p>We mainly weeded and talked. Not exciting, but fun.</p>
