<p>Mine was in the mail today…and I live about 2 hours away, so if you are in that range it will probably be in the mail today. By the way, I got in.</p>

<p>My name does not come up when i do the email search… and my stats were:</p>
<p>3.4 GPA(I took mostly college prep classes, besides AP Calc and Honors Programming, so not the hardest classes possible at my school(only 3 APs available))
1310 SAT(670 Math, 640 CR, 570 W)
class rank=only top 20%(public school)
Essay was great according to my english teacher

<p>I was also recruited for Track and Field, which helped a little, but I was not officially “supported” by the track coach. I know my stats are pretty low, and I was quite surprised to get in.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, I was not admitted but I had a question. Does anyone know if I will still be considered for Regular Decision Process or will my app not be considered anymore since I have been rejected from the ED I Process.</p>

3.74 GPA
All honors classes and the following AP classes: Bio, Chem, Physics, Stats, US History, and English.
1200 SAT (I think this is what did it for me, got me rejected that is)
2 yrs tennis
1 yr soccer
Vice-President of Rocket Club
100+ hours of volunteer service at a hospital
National Honors Society</p>
<p>Did it say if you were deferred?</p>
<p>No it doesn’t say deferred. All it says, “We have completed our review of your application for admission under the Early Decision process…” “…we are unable to offer you a place in the Class of 2014.” The rest was filler. I wasn’t sure if I will be reviewed or not under the Regular Decision process because it says “under the Early Decision process.” Since it doesn’t say deferred, I take it I won’t be reviewed again. </p>
<p>Its very upsetting because it was my number 1 choice hands down with no doubt but I guess another school will do. If I really want to go there I’ll consider transferring when that time comes. </p>

<p>no… sorry but that means rejection. Unable to offer you a place are common keywords for rejection. They would not flat out say “we have rejected your application for admission”. You can try again next year or possibly transfer</p>

<p>Our daughter received her acceptance letter on Saturday… she is thrilled! The letter came while she was out Christmas shopping so we had to wait another few hours for her to come home to open it… AGONY! Based on the size and appearance of the letter I was not hopeful. It was only slightly larger than a regular letter.</p>
<p>i got in ED last year, the acceptance doesn’t come in the big fat envelope, its a regular size envelope that just looks stuffed. Good Luck to everyone!</p>
