Most of the UCs sent me something after I applied, but I’ve gotten nothing from UCLA. Did you guys get an email or anything? What did it say?

I’ve gotten zero correspondence since I hit submit.

I’ve gotten zero correspondence since I hit submit.

He received an email on January 23rd which started off:

It has come to our attention that the email we sent to you in early December acknowledging your application to UCLA might not have reached you. We’ve included a copy of the original message below.

Then it just acknowledged receipt of his application. So it sounds like to me that they had a problem with email acknowledgments.

That is all he received.

I got the same email above. Kind of a fail, but I guess they’re just having some technical difficulties?

Huh. I didn’t even get the secondary email. Brilliant!

Makes me feel super about this Friday.

… dies

I got the first one though and it was the first UC that sent this kind of emails.
I think it does not really matter though

I would not be worried about it at all. I didn’t receive emails from UCSD or UCSB and I got in to both. I think their email system struggles… To say the least.

I got this 12/13

Thank you for applying to UCLA! We have received your application for the Fall Quarter 2012. We will be reviewing freshman applications over the next few months and will start releasing decisions in mid-to-late March.
