<p>I am trying to access my Yale decision using my pin from November, but it says my pin is invalid. Did I just miss it when they sent me a new one, or is the problem on their end?</p>

<p>If you’ve already set up a password, you don’t need your pin.</p>
<p>Deferees didn’t get new PINs, but it sounds like its a problem that you’re having, not that Yale’s having.</p>
