This isn’t me personally (one of my younger friends) but someone I know and I’m curious if the people can guess how ridiculous UC admissions are.

Yeah most likely with those stats.

Since are asking, I would say no. There are no guarantees even with great Stats. I am thinking EC’s and essays play a big part in the admission decisions, so many times it is difficult to gauge your chances.
