Did I "graduate early"?

<p>I am an international student from Brazil, and here classes start in February and end in December. I have followed the regular school course in Brazil: I graduated from high school last week and I should enter an American college in Fall 2010, with an unavoidable six-month gap.</p>

<p>Is this considered “early graduation”?</p>

<p>Or is “early graduation” used only for those people who could skip grades?</p>

<p>No I don’t believe so, because early graduation signifies graduating before the rest of your class. If it’s normal to graduate in December, then that’s not technically “early” graduation. that’s just graduating.</p>
