<p>To the OP: You definitely didn’t waste your money. Your stats/achievements show that you basically maxed out the typical high school accomplishments and you’re well-rounded, but you haven’t distinguished yourself on a state/national level. You’re in what I call “the crapshoot range.” You’re in the pool with a lot of other people for which high school was a breeze; you might get in or you might not. But you definitely should be applying to top places.</p>
