<p>So I decided to apply to the Penn St./Jefferson BS-MD Program early in November and requested for my transcript requests to be sent on the 15th. My teacher rec. was in at this time. After completing the app and submitting it on the 30th, I noticed that my counselor had to fill out the specific counselor form. If my counselor already sent my transcript and school report, does she still need to fill this out? And if so, would it even make it in time if she post-marked it tomorrow?</p>
<p>i would still have her fill out the form and mail it in. give the admissions office a call and see if they have any better answers.</p>
