I switched my major from Computer Engineering to Business with a concentration in either Finance or Accounting, I’m not sure which one Ill be doing yet. My school doesn’t have just a Finance or Accounting major, but it’s Business with a concentration. I was wondering if I made a mistake in my major choice. I wasn’t doing well in Engineering and I lost interest in it.Will my new major be worthless? Should I minor in something to make it better? Or did I just screw up?
A concentration may be the same as a major. Talk to a dean or advisor at your college to confirm.
A business major is not worthless. But, with any major, it is what you do with the major.
