the arrows are still red, even though i’ve completed all the info i had. have i officially submitted yet?</p>

<p>The school forms one is red if you’re sending them by paper, and if you have schools listed that you haven’t paid for, that one will be red too. I’m sure you’re fine, since the payments also says submitted.</p>
