Did my gf lie to me? Or am I paranoid?

<p>My gf told me a guy is a creep and has been bugging her. She said he is someone from the past that is stalking her and she doesn't even remember how he looks like. But there are a few problems IMHO:</p>

<p>1)She talked to him on the phone for 45 min and didn't show any signs of hanging up anytime soon. I hang up after I came home.</p>

<p>2)When I warned the guy on the phone to leave her alone or I'll press charges, my gf blurted out "well if he calls me again, I'll just won't pick up".</p>

<p>When she said that, it strikes me as if she doesn't mind that he calls again, otherwise shouldn't she say something like "yes, call me again and I'll press charges you creep"?</p>

<p>What's your take? Another small point...I overheard a part when she asked "hello"? on the phone as if the guy didn't talk for a few moment. Shouldn't that be a good chance to hang up if she really wanted to? Does that seem like she wants to keep talking with him?</p>
