<p>I mailed in my reply card to Boston College informing them that I wasn’t enrolling. I received a letter from them today about a tuition payment plan which made it seem like I was enrolling (although it didn’t say it directly). I was wondering if all admitted students received this, or if it was a mistake.</p>
