HHMI finally posted its 2010 awardees on its website ([HHMI News: The 2010 Med into Grad Grantees](http://www.hhmi.org/news/medintogradsum20091117.html)), which includes 11 of the original 13 (missing is Stanford – which has a what seems to be a well established Masters of Medicine -MOM- program and MIT). Does anyone know what happened at these schools? (I originally thought Penn was missing - whoops, sorry little too tired - it was MIT)

University of Pennsylvania is listed in that group.

MIT’s program is still listed on the Health Sciences and Technology webpage, with an application deadline for this year: GEMS

I know that the programs are still on the Stanford and MIT websites – I’m just wondering why they didn’t get HHMI funding renewed. Did they apply and were rejected? Or did they not apply?
