Did poor in freshman year, doing bad in sophmore year, but what if

Hi, so I am currently a sophomore.
I did pretty poor in freshman year but not that bad as I’m doing now in my sophomore year.
Freshman year, I took 2 K classes (Advanced) English and Wd Geo. I did good in those classes. Had a 79 Avg in English for 1st semester. 85 Avg in Wd Geo for 1st semester. Had middle B’s for second.
The only class I did terrible in is Biology. Had a low 70 to 75.
I am enrolled in Tennis and was playing tournaments for every week so I was gone once a week.
I was in the Japanese club and student council.

In sophomore year
-taking WHAP- getting the same grades I got in biology last year but I’m trying to step is up for finals now.
-used to take English 2K but I failed and now I’m in L(normal)
-I’m currently in no clubs because i just can’t stay after school everyday for 1-2 hours and go home and hurry through all of my homework.
-chemistry- I’m actually doing good in a science class.
-I am currently in Junior Varsity tennis and getting ready for the tournaments.
-I’m doing well in math.
And I know that the main reason why I’m doing bad is because of me. I know that it’s my fault for being lazy and thinking that I can past all the tests in history and get B or A like I did last year. I was having a lot of stress because of family problems, but in conclusion I shouldn’t be blaming. It’s my fault.

So what I’m wondering is if I do good in Junior year, get good ACT, and SAT scores, get into all AP classes, take math classes in summer school, get hours, and be involved, do you think I can get into Baylor university or A&M?

Missing a lot of school to play tennis tournaments if u are a nationally ranked player is excusable. Missing a lot of school to play tennis tournaments as a JV player shows misplaced priorities.
