Did these scholarship contests plagarize eachother?

I was looking through scholarships and I noticed three scholarships, with almost the exact same creed and goal for students. Furthermore they appear to operate on about the same schedule. The wording is slightly altered, and in some cases words appear to be omitted.

Are these legitimate scholarships? What is going on here? Can I send the same basic application to each one?

Found another example, both are about making yourself more marketable to your future employer, one is by using social media, the other is by visiting a city. These two scholarships are basically the same except for the topic.

None of those look worth applying to so I wouldn’t worry about it.

There are probably outside companies that manage the scholarship programs for these businesses. If that’s the case then it wouldn’t be surprising if the verbage is recycled across multiple scholarships.
