Did you get accepted?

finally received the pop-up thingy.

well, i just called admissions today and they said application decisions are going to keep coming until mid-March…

YESS. After waiting nearly for 4 weeks, I’ve finally been accepted. Not exactly elated, but at least i can go to a UC =D

WOOT WOOT

I got in

I’ll most likely be going here, unless the impossible happens and I get into UCSB

YEAH!!!

I got my pop-up too, after a month, ahhah

w00t …mofom4n…california bolt…we did it bros! …remember to hit me up…during orientation…damn so anxious to meet yall h0mies… just post here day b4 orientation if u guys are going to ucr LAWLZ :]

orientation? Making plans early? we still have a while right, i mean the SIR deadline is June 1, so it must be after that

woot woot

i got my pop up book! its quite perrty. Its good to know that i am accepted to at least 1 uc.

Congrats to all of you. I think I’m the only one still waiting. :-(

im still waiting too. i guess thats what i get for sending my app in just a week before the Nov 30 deadline.

i’m sure there’s still a lot of ppl still waiting…ctt1988 i turned in my apps 1 week before it was due also but i got in on Feb. 1st so i don’t think turning it in early helps or hurts…& wow r u really from omaha nebraska? & just out of curiosity, did anyone get rejected?

haha, i received my decision on feb 1st too and i turned in my application at 1146pm november 30th. mm…

I sent my app in on November 30 also and was accepted on February 1.

Hi I still am getting the whole weare reviewing your application message and its annoying! did anyone get rejected from ucr?? i hope they dont reject me after leaving me in suspense and hope after more than a month of waiting sheeeesh

well, I just got rejected…

stats are

3.2 unweighted gpa

1800 sat

various activities and community service projects

i guess ucr isn’t as easy as i thought it would be to get in. im thinking about appealing, but right now i just dont know.

im going to go sit in a corner and cry now… ):

ctt1988 are you really OOS as your Location suggests? That would have a big impact on your admissions since despite UCR’s reputation, OOS people always have it hard because UC’s are meant to first and foremost serve the people of California.

yeah, thats my real location. but i figured since UCR is everybody in california’s “back-up” school, they might actually accept somebody who plans on truly attending the school and not just using it as a safety. guess i figured wrong…big time

Hmm, I don’t think the school has filled it’s quota this year, so appealing is definitely an option if you truly want to go to this school.

I agree with Peppers. If you call admissions and explain you really are interested in going to UCR, they might review your app.
