Didn’t Transfer a Course

While I was enrolled at my university, I took an Ochem class at a community college. I ended up not making a good enough grade on the course part for the class to transfer, and the lab wouldn’t contribute to my major so I never sent my transcript from the community college in for evaluation for credit at my undergraduate institution.

I’ve completed my undergraduate program and am now looking to go to graduate school at the university where I got my undergraduate degree. I have to submit all my past transcripts, including the one from the community college. Could I get in trouble for not sending in my transcript for evaluation?

Good question. You will need to ask the recorder’s office about that. I know that if it were taken before enrolling in the degree program, you would have been obligated to send it. But a situation where the credits couldn’t apply toward your degree when taken while you were in your program is different.
