Did two different Core Power yoga classes today. Then went to an outlet store (since my lack of clothing was getting ridiculous). Who was that who bought 3 pairs of pants in size 6?? (Looking around innocently). I was wearing 10 and 12 earlier this year!

That’s a whole lotta change! Wow 2 or 3 sizes!!

Love outlet shopping!

Go racers!

New toy:
[Micropack Satellite? - Revolutionary, patented lock-on pouch for carrying music, gel and essentials on-the-go.](http://www.amphipod.com/products/holders/lock-on-micropacks/micropack-satellite-0)

Congrats, Pizzagirl! Nice drop in sizes!

Deborah- the thing you have to watch for with those pouches is that they pull your shorts down! Need a really snug waistband!

That swim is insane. She really never gave up. Her lips were so swollen.

Uh oh… Well, I’ll give it my best shot.
I’m getting it with dual purposes in mind. If it doesn’t work for running I think I’ll still be able to make use of it. I will only be putting light items in it but need something with a touch more space.

And… Congrats to you, MOWC! (#1!)

Wow, Pizzagirl, that is so impressive!

Deborah, that is a neat little pouch. I have one of their handheld bottles and really, really like it. MOfWC is right, you might need a belt to clip that pouch onto. I also found that after 10 miles any objects in my pockets or on the waist band caused some side muscle pain, because my spine was trying to bend in the opposite direction to compensate for this tiny extra weight. Amazing. I ended up getting an arm band for my phone and keys.

Thanks, BB. It’s only going to be needed for relatively short runs and not too many days, so I’m hoping it will work out okay.

Bonus: it should work for NFL games (like I attend those?). ;)

That’s a great idea! The football season is approaching quickly! ;)

I only buy shorts with pockets. Absolute minimum is a zipper pocket in the back for an ipod and keys, but most of my workout shorts have regular front pockets and a zipper wallet pocket in back.

I only run at the treadmill in the gym, so I don’t need pockets, but when I’ve done my 5K’s, I’ve used the pants that have the little pocket in the back and just put my car key, drivers license and a $20 in there. Why the $20, I don’t know, but you know what they say about mad money! I’m fine with carrying my iPhone for my music; I think I’d be more distracted if I had it on my arm.

This Wed, I start another burlesque class session plus a “Polga” (yoga for pole). This should be a riot, LOL. No pictures are ever forthcoming from these sessions!

If you are really desperate you can always tie one key to a shoelace and leave the rest in the car.

One really annoying thing…a man was running near me (i.e. as fast or faster than me) while JUGGLING!! Besides that, he was really loud and kept yelling to people and saying stupid things (when I’m racing, a lot of things get annoying). I think I finally beat him, but it wasn’t amusing to me that I was killing myself out there and he was JUGGLING!!! I think it was last year in this same race that I was trying to beat the Chick Fil et cow!

Maybe, maybe not. They put in new rules this year and the women don’t like them!

Refers Hops to Purse Perfection thread…

3 mile walk this morning with H, before it got too hot. Then to the kitchen to cook up the picnic meal, including that southern fried chicken. Yum! I am sore after yesterday’s good workout.

Pats on the back MoWC! And Saba, for doing that run. You deserve the rest day.

I hope the company was as good as the meal was tasty, PlantMom. Sounds like fun. :)

3.5 mile walk this evening.

Was he trying to emulate this guy?
