Ok, here’s the power stretch hoodie but it looks like it’s last years colors. With your 20% off its 59.99

I have ordered from Moosejaw, and the item arrived in good condition. My husband was once given a gift that arrived via Moosejaw, too. You might be able to get some kind of a coupon deal with them.

I have ordered from BackCountry Edge several times. Prompt shipping. No problems. A bunch of hipster trail runners from Pennsylvania. They have awesome product videos on YouTube:

The Patagonia Better Sweater stuff is really nice. It’s a medium weight fleece with woven ‘wool sweater - like’ outside finish. Really good for around town, dressier than a standard fleece or the fitness stuff.

Burpee fusion for me. 27 minutes of huffin and puffin while a pork roast was cooking on the Weber outside.

54 burpees
108 kettle bell swings

Three six minute sets. Jacked my heart rate up to 90% of my max at the end of the second and third group of burpees in the last set. Definitely bent over panting like a dog.

Nrdsb4, one of the challenges to finding prescription cycling glasses is the curvature necessary to achieve the degree of wrap that you may want. Here are some links that may be of help:

Also, if you do a google search for prescription cycling glasses, you will find many other links that may be of benefit.

Have you ever considered soft contact lenses for cycling that would enable you to use over the counter cycling glasses? In addition to weight (I.e. comfort) and cost, one of the most important advantages to going this route is superior peripheral vision when looking back to check for cars and that your lane is clear.

Fast treadmill Tuesday. 5:36 mile pace 2nd mile (no shortcuts on a treadmill)

The shortcut is when it spits you off the back! :)

I thought this looked nice and warm for post-workout. It’s 10% off today. My daughter told me not NO, but H…No!

http://www.oiselle.com/shop/outerwear/french-fleece?utm_source=bronto&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign==yeti+111214

I need the option of ripping something off if I get too hot - like a layer . Take this off and well, not much left covering me!!!

It’s adorable though!!!

OMG… it’s so ugly I actually want one!

She looks so happy wearing it. I’ll take the happy part, not so sure about the one piece. We’ve got some sun here today. It may be freezing, but I’m still going to take advantage.

I sort of want one, too, but it’s pretty strange. iDad- I think YOU should get one! :)

All it needs is feet and a flap in the back and you could wear it to your next sleepover.

I think I’m gonna have to pass. Looks like something they’d wear in a healthcare.gov web advertisement. I have been known, however, to curl up in a power stretch fleece hoodie and pants for a Sunday afternoon of football on the couch. Now, if I could just stay awake for the third quarter!

Punched the clock in the basement.

Single leg dead lifts
TRX/Jungle Gym push ups
DB front squats
3-pt row

The front squats got me today. Saw heart rates of 81% to 84% of my max after just six reps.

I ordered it. It will never leave the house, of course, but it looks SO cozy.

'm tempted to get it for baby kiddo who is known to love weird cozy things like slankets. :)

4 miles on the dreadmill. It was already below freezing when I got home! Yikes.

Lol MoWC. I’m with your daughter on this one! It’s like a onsie gone wild! Which color did you get?

LOL. It does look cozy, something to snuggle in while watching Project Runway. Which color, MoWC?

How are you doing, Sabaray? The race is in two days? Your H deserves some pats on the back for the reduced pants size. Yay!

I’m off to exercise at the gym, planning to run. I ran 4 miles on Tuesday, and took a leisurely stroll through a nature preserve yesterday.

I got the hot pink. I mean- why not? If I’m going to wear something that absurd, it might as well be hot pink!

This morning I ran outside in 29 degrees and very light sleet. I’ve really been wimping out and using my treadmill, which is fine, but I do miss the fresh air. I wore my Lulu down running pullover jacket, which I have decided I love more than almost anything else I wear. Once I got over the typical runner’s “I have to be freezing or else I’m over-dressed” and realized that it’s OK at my pace and my mileage to wear this jacket that some might consider ski apparel, I enjoy the cold mornings a lot more. It has underarm zippers, too.

Also sending early and plentiful positive vibes for Sabaray and her upcoming weekend! So proud of you!!! - that goes without saying before you even take a step! Your motivation is inspiring and you have seemed to remain such a positive trooper through it all. Final good thoughts for some decent weather to your liking - I know it’s suppose to be quite cold here - hope you get dealt a temperature you are comfortable with.

That said, I’m suppose to either run or volunteer (or both) at our local Girls On The Run 5k this weekend. Current forecast is for it to be high 20’s that morning. Not happy! That’s going to be a chilly morning for those little girls to run their first race. Don’t know if I’ll be behind the scenes, a running buddy or just plain old running to get the darn thing done! I think they should have scheduled this for a month ago.
