hey, i’m an incoming freshman deciding what housing option is better
what i want to know is the major differences between living with one or two roommates
is there any benefit beyond saving money by sharing a room with one more person in a triple room?

if you don’t get along with one, you can always try the other.
you’ll also improve your space management skills.
other than that, it’s pretty much a double room rearranged to fit 3.

so the space is pretty much the same…hmmm,
i might as well pay the extra bucks to have a little
more room for myself

thanks for the input

Living with two roommates means that it would be louder and possibly harder for you to study and sleep in your room when you want to. If you only have one roommate, then when you’re studying or sleeping, you’re not talking to your roommate and they have no one else to talk to. However, when you have two roommates, then when you have to study or sleep, your roommates still have each other to talk to.

Not to mention, having two roommates means having a slightly higher chance that one of them will snore. :P

I’m so lucky none of my roommates this year are snorers.

How is the quality of the dorms?
How spacious are they?
What are some necessary things to take?
How are bathrooms and shower facilities?
