What are the differences between these 2 awards?

BN Duke is only for North and South Carolina students. It focuses strongly on leadership and community service, along with academic achievement. There are ten of these awards.

Yes, and there are 15 AB scholarships given out (out of 45 finalists).

Are their differeneces in prestige or they about the same?

There are differences in prestige only in that AB is probably known as the most competitive scholarship since its pool of applicants is equal to all those who apply to Duke (18,000+) while the others are limited to NC/SC residents, African Americans, those who apply for financial aid, etc. Regardless, any scholarship to Duke is extremely prestigious…

Why are you asking?

incollege-Isn’t the Robertson as competitive/prestigious as AB Duke? I’m pretty sure it’s open to all applicants.

Yes, justforgetme, sorry, the OP was just asking about the differences between Benjamin and AB…I forgot about Robertson, which is as prestigious as they come…
