<p>So, what is the difference between Mathematics 1a Introduction to Calculus and Mathematics Ma Introduction to Functions and Calculus 1?</p>
<p>I’ve taken AP Cal AB in high school, so what course would be more suitable for me?</p>
<p>I’m not intimately familiar, but isn’t it generally recommend that people with your background take Mathematics 1b?</p>
<p>Yeah, thats what I’ve heard as well, Mathematics 1b is equivalent to AP Cal BC. But the thing is I’d like to re-study some of the material taught in AB, so I don’t know if I should take Mathematics 1a or 1b. On the other hand, Math Ma seems very interesting as well, and based off the description, it looks like its similar to Mathematics 1a. It would be really nice if someone could elaborate on this :)</p>
