When my daughter was graduating college and a job interview asked her what her SAT score was, she honestly couldn’t remember. It was only that one who asked, not sure which company it was. Also, nobody has ever asked for her college transcript (even when she was just graduating). She is in analytics now and was in logistics before this. Has applied to jobs in many industries - tech, medical, ecommerce, banking/insurance, etc.
Many applicants today are not including address or location on their resume, because they feel they can work from home anywhere.
