<p>Yes - you can create a different version of the application. I’m not going to tell you how, though, because (1) I’d have to look it up; and (2) you shouldn’t do it.</p>
<p>Creating a different version of the application should be used only if you decide to apply to more schools after you’ve already submitted a previous version of the common application and you have information to update since the last time you submitted applications.</p>
<p>The entire point of the common application is to avoid having to specialize the application for each school. The ECs you list should be the ones that were most important to you, not the ones that you think the school would most like to hear.</p>
<p>Actually, since you’re asked to rank them in order of their importance to you, doing so differently just to impress different schools is lying. You cannot in good faith sign the application if you rank them in an order that willfully does not represent their importance to you.</p>
