Will some dorms cost more than others? I know some colleges charge more for a single or a suite style room. Does Chicago do this?

In your first year, dorms all cost the same, regardless of whether or not you live in a suite, single, double, triple, whatever. If you decide to remain in housing as an upperclassman, room rates will vary; the highest rate you will be charged is the same as the rate for first year rooms (for desirable singles, apartment style rooms, rooms with kitchens, etc), but can go down (if you elect to live in a Pierce freshman double as a third year, for instance), but it’s not usually a hugely significant difference between the cost of a single and the cost of a normal double as an upperclassman.
