Different grading scale

I’m attending at a priviate high shool(not competitive at all), and I don’t think my school’s grading scale is fair…

Here’s my school’s grading scale.
96-100 (A) -4.00
93-95 (A-) -3.67
90-92 (B+) -3.33
87-89 (B) -3.00
84-86 (B-) -2.67
81-83 (C+) -2.33
78-80 (C) -2.00
75-77 (C-) -1.67
72-74 (D+) -1.33
70-71 (D) -1.00
honors or ap classes - extra +.66
So, the highest gpa you can get is 4.66, and you have to take a religion class(regular). and there are not many honors or ap classes.

I transfered from a public school using scale 90-100 : a -4.0 80-90-3.0…so on.

I’m making 4.233 gpa right now, and I’m taking most rigorous classes possible.

Do you think I get disadvantage from this strange(!) grading scale at admission? or do they recalculate the gpa?

*p.s.
How important is religion class? Religion is the only class I’m making B right now(all As except religion) and I’m so worried.
My school’s religion is harder than CALCULUS BC , honors Electronics&Magnetism and honors Waves&optics!!
(E&M and W&O are honors classes, but you can take it ‘after’ you take honors academy physics, and my school does not offer ap phy. so… i guess it’s equivalent to AP physics?)

That’s the grading system that many public schools use, so you won’t get much sympathy from people here. Most colleges recalculate GPA based on their own system anyway, and factor in the schools weighted GPA only in class rank.
