dont call, just read that thread.

I think i should apply for the summer term because my stats are lower and i should make that preferance do you think thats a good idea

Although your EC’s are very, very good, it is unlikely that you will be admitted to UF (unless you are a URM or first gen. in college). Your GPA and SAT’s are just too low for either term’s admissions. Last year one of my children was rejected from UF (and fully expected the rejection) with good EC’s and community service hours, 3.7 w/3.4 uw GPA (from a private prep school) in similar honor/AP classes to you, and an 1800 SAT (1140/1600). This year is going to be even tougher in admission!

Hi, you have fantastic leadership and model Un (UF loves both). My son’s friend who has learning disabilities wrote a letter (separate from his essay) about what he had gone through and included doctor’s documentation along with testing that he had. He sent this to the disability office and he was admitted for this past fall. Good luck.

ya im a first generation does that help i thought it didnt and i have a family member who was an alumni of UF and a cousin wh o goes there right now

does that do anything

does being an out of state, first generation, and have family that go to UF or are alumni help me in my situation
