<p>Does anyone know how difficult it is to be admitted into the UF honors program?</p>
<p>The only guaranteed way in is being a National Merit Finalist. Other than that it seems admissions is solely based off the essays. I’m working on those right now but I can’t seem to find a social problem I like.</p>
<p>If I remember correctly from Honors Visitation Day 1900 people qualify for an invite, 1300 turn in their application on time, and of those 1300 around 800 are accepted.</p>
<p>I’m looking at the page which asks you to list the scholarships you have received, and was wondering if its even worth it to mention your receiving bright futures. Also, to the best of my knowledge I am not aware of any AP scholarships, but I am aware of AP awards such as AP Scholar or AP Scholar with Distinction. Are these the same thing?</p>
