Difficulty of a UC to CSU Transfer

<p>I know a lot of people may wonder why i would want to do this, but i have been thinking about it and it would just suit me better to be at a CSU for many reasons. I go to UCSD and i want to know what are my chances at transferring to a CSU? also is the process different?</p>
