Difficulty of Getting Into Middle Market Banking?

<p>How difficult is it to get into Middle Market Banking? I know that from the Ivies, BB is relatively easy to get, so long as you’ve got a good GPA, but how is the entry to MM banking from McCombs without BHP? I’m looking into MM Banks in NYC.</p>
