My D signed up for this Microsoft 3 days DigiGirlz camp this summer. Anyone’s kids attended? Any feedback would be appreciated, since she has a scheduling conflict and we have to decide if she should attend.

Thank you.

Never heard of it in my research of STEM type programs for my kid. If Microsoft is behind it, it should have value. Should. Depends on what you want for her.

Scheduling conflict? What does SHE want to do if she can only attend one? How old is the young lady?

She is 15 and taking summer classes at our local community college.

If the summer class at CC results in a future college or HS credit, I would pick that instead of a camp. Plus, it looks like she has already registered for the classes at CC… Will she get her money back? Another thought - if she withdraws from the CC classes, what else would she fill her summer with, since the camp looks like a very short deal. Sorry, I’m not familiar with the camp, just giving some general thoughts.
