I purchased an HP digital frame as a gift for my mom and turns out it was defective. I was afraid to exchange it for the same thing, so I’m now in the market for a new one. Anybody with experience with one of these frames that has some suggestions? Thanks.

Yes, I have a Panasonic and it works great. H gave it to me for Mother’s Day and we have used it a lot. On Thanksgiving we brought it over to my parents’ house to show them pictures from a recent vacation. My mom loved it so we gave her one yesterday for Christmas.

This is the one we got my mom.

Great minds…I bought the exact same Philips one for my W for Christmas that you linked. We haven’t tried it out yet though.

^^ It’s pretty easy to just pop the memory out of a digital camera and into the frame. The transitions in the slide show program are pretty neat, too. I hope your wife enoys it. I have to turn it off when having a conversation with someone (as opposed to showing them pictures) because I get mesmerized by the photos. They are so vivid.

I got [Digital Spectrum Solutions, Inc. - Products - MF8104 Vista Frame - Wireless](<a href=“dsicentral.com - This website is for sale! - dsicentral Resources and Information.”>dsicentral.com - This website is for sale! - dsicentral Resources and Information.) for my wife and she likes it. You can set it up to pull photos off of a website if you have a wireless network in your house.

If you give one away to a friend or relative, you can set things up so that photos that you upload to the website appear on their frame automatically (assuming they already have a wireless internet connection set up.) That way, you can take pictures of the kids and have them appear on grandma’s frame minutes later without her having to do anything.

After I posted I went ahead and took it out of the box and played with it (I know - it’s her present). You’re right - very easy to use and a very nice display and it was a good price as well. Now the pictures need to be organized somewhat. I’m sure she’ll like it (once I’m done playing with it).
