Digital Supplemental Recommendation

Hey Everyone,

The president of an organization I work with wrote me a great, personal recommendation to submit. Instead of signing it and mailing it to me, he emailed me a digital copy with a digital signature. How should I send this without making it seem illegitimate? I am applying to Penn ED so I need to figure everything out asap (Nov 1 deadline). Thank you!

bump…

Did you ever ask the president again to send you a hard copy with a real signature (if he doesn’t want to mail the letter directly to Penn)?

Maybe you should print out this letter and fax it to Penn first. In the mean time, try to catch the president for help.
