Dilemma: what test to take before deadline?

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am interested in applying for JHU BME program.
My SAT is 2000.
My ACT is 29.
My SAT II scores are 780 Chem, 760 Math Level II, 710 Physics, 690 Bio.</p>

<p>The deadline for ED to JHU is November 1.
I will take the ACT in September.
If I get the score I want, I could improve my SAT II scores.
If I don’t, I should retake my SAT.
However, I wouldn’t have enough time to decide which test to take after I get my ACT results…</p>
