<p>I know that only residents of Martha Cook can eat in Martha Cook’s dining hall, but I didn’t know that meant they couldn’t use their plans elsewhere. What a drag. In any case, yes Lisa, you can add dining dollars or blue bucks for use at other dining halls.</p>
