Does anyone know about what all UChicago does for students on the dining plan who cannot eat gluten/ and or dairy?</p>

<p>There is a section about gluten-free students. Each dining hall has dedicated vegan options which, although they may occasionally contain gluten (and this is something that a student would be able to discuss with housing and dining services as discussed in the link), will not contain dairy products.</p>
