<p>Wow - I am deliriously happy. Thank you CC for helping me discover Direct Hits. Is Direct Hits worth it? YES! DH totally dominated the Palm Beach SAT. Practically every word on the test was in DH. Here are just a few of the hits: harbinger, celerity, retiring, relief (geographic term), cosmopolitan, presumptuous, marginalize and many more.</p>

<p>Math was moderate - CR was easy because I knew all the words.</p>

<p>It was an actual SAT, counted just the same as any real SAT. Palm Beach County just paid for all of its juniors to take it for free and it was given to them during school.</p>

<p>^We get our scores back in a week. My critical reading score should go up at least 100 points.

<p>Direct Hits is a two-volume vocabulary book. It contains over 400 words. Each word is illustrated with really good examples from pop culture. You can order a copy from Amazon. Be sure to order the 2010 edition.</p>
